  1. I am very excited about this challenge. My life has changed as I have changed my food decisions toward this direction. I am putting in all my stats tomorrow after I work out with Magda.

    • Oh, I had a cheat meal last night after I got back from my drill weneked. I had 12 wings from Buffalo Wild Wings, topped with Mango-Habanero sauce. I had a side of fries with them and it was delicious. The cheat meals keep me losing my mind. This paleo thing is frigin hard. Ive eaten about 840000 eggs this week.

  2. Day 8 of Paleo Challenge. Had a super healthy dinner with my boys tonight…roasted chicken with salad and fresh fruit. I am so pleased as setting an example for my sons is one of my main motivators. I also want to take better care of myself so I can be my best for my family.
I’ve identified some challenges…Preparation is a big one. Weekends are also big. And enrolling my boys by only offering them foods I want them to have.
In the last week I’ve lost four lbs and feel a shift happening within my body. When I did cheat, ( pizza, ice cream), I instantly got a stomach ache. I like that my body is telling me “No thanks” on foods I don’t need.
Going forward I commit to preparing meals in advance and stocking the kitchen with healthy foods.

  3. We’re a bunch of volunteers and starting a new scheme in our community. Your site offered us with valuable info to work on. You have performed a formidable process and our whole community will be thankful to you.
