  • 1:1  Personal Training Programming – Individualized and based on the client(s) goals, health needs and pre-training assessments.
  • Small Group Training – 1 to 6 participants. Team building is naturally developed as participants are encouraged to support each other, during training and on their own. Sliding scale pricing, according the number of participants in the group,  makes this personal training very affordable.
